Remote Learning

Remote Learning ~ Google Classroom

From the 5th January 2021 the Government expects all schools to facilitate online Remote Learning. The expectation from the Government is that children at home will engage with Remote Learning if they are not at school.

The aim of Remote Learning is to support the learning of those who are not at school because they are self-isolating or awaiting test results for themselves or a family member. This will also support learning for those classes/bubbles who have to shut for a short time either due to a positive test result or because we do not have enough staff to remain open safely.

At Great Moor Infant School, we have chosen to use the Google Classroom platform.  Google Classrooms allows pupils to access their curriculum and communicate with their Teacher and peers.
